Students, we inform you that the CBSE conducts CTET in two shifts. CTET Paper I is to become a teacher of Classes 1-5 and CTET Paper II is to become a teacher of Classes 6-8. Candidates sit for the CTET examination to become teachers in government or private schools across the country. The candidates who qualify for the written examination will be eligible for becoming teachers in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, or any government school. CTET 2021 Selection Process Highlights
- All candidates will be selected on the basis of CTET Cut off Marks 2021 and that depends upon the performance of a aspirant in central teacher eligibility test.
- A minimum of 60 percent marks is required for getting shortlisted in the merit list.
- Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for CTET.
- You must know that qualifying CTET does not mean a job is offered to the candidates.
- Till the time you get a job at school, you have to go through the selection procedure.
- After qualifying for the exam and obtaining the certificate, you can show it to the school to get the job.
- The CTET is valid for a period of seven years from the CTET Result Date 2021 is declared.
- A candidate who does not qualify for the exam can apply as many times as he wants.
